It has been a while since I've written here and I do have several very good reasons for the absence. As someone going into the disaster technology field, it has been hard to watch the relief efforts unfold. We really do have a long way to go in improving how we respond to disasters.
Please keep our Haitian brethren in your thoughts and prayers.
