Oy too much snow

Chicago specializes in 2 things, deep dish pizza and hella cold weather. We just got dumped on and I'm talking a good many inches of snow. The fellas in my building built a snow man that is note worthy. I'll have to go get a photo of him and post it.

• Zimbabwe is a hot mess but there are some bright spots. Betty Makoni of the Girl Child Network is the 2008 Recipient of Amnesty International USA's Ginetta Sagan Award for Women's and Children's Rights. We salute her and the work that she has done in the advocacy for female children in our country.
• South of Nowhere took it's final bow. Spashley is no more. Jenn and Dee gave it the send off it deserved. Check out their vlog here. I can't wait for them to recap the last season of the L Word.
